You've asked for it so we have delivered. Get your Michigan grown hops for your brewery. These hops come directly from our farm to you through West Michigan Hopyards. We grow and process a majority of hops we sell so you get a consistent product every time.
Magnum
A German extract/ bittering hybrid Released 1980; a Galena X German male 75/5/3. No distinct aroma addition when brewing – considered a very clean, non-harsh, bittering hop with very high alpha acids.
• Alpha Acids: 13-15% w/ relatively low cohumulone which offers superior foam and mouth feel.
• Aroma: faint spice and citrus, bittering type w/ little harshness
• Beer Styles: Great for American IPAs, pale ales, German-style lagers, smooth and easy drinking beers like Lawnmower. This bittering type is really gaining ground for use in bittering with Saaz & Crystal hops to produce very crisp and clean beer styles with excellent drinkability.

Alpha and Beta acid vary between batches of product processed, however they are generally with in the ranges stated above. Please refer to package label for the Alpha and Beta acid amounts in the packaged product you receive. Tax exempt option available for resale at retail.
