Nugget
Released in 1982, the Nugget is a diploid cross between Brewer's Gold and a high alpha-acid male with good storage properties (USDA65009 X USDA63015M). It is an important high alpha bittering/ flavoring variety in the US as well as Germany.
• Alpha Acids: Potent 12.0-14.0%,
• Beta Acids 4.2-5.8%,
Alpha and Beta acid vary between batches of product processed, however they are generally with in the ranges stated above. Please refer to package label for the Alpha and Beta acid amounts in the packaged product you receive. Tax exempt option available for resale at retail.
