Columbus
A triploid bittering variety with very high alpha acids & oils. Grows well in hot, dry climates; but very susceptible to mildews in humid conditions. Columbus, Zeus, and Tomahawk varieties are very closely related and are often referred to generically as CTZ hops.
Alpha Acids: 14-17%,
Note: Alpha and Beta acid vary between batches of product processed, however they are generally with in the ranges stated above. Please refer to package label for the Alpha and Beta acid amounts in the packaged product you receive. Tax exempt option available for resale at retail.
