Propagated from a Centennial Family farm that was know for growing hops in Michigan as far back as 1894. This hop has characteristics of Asian and Eastern European hop varieties. This is a proprietary hop owned hop provided to you by West Michigan Hopyards.
Alpha Acid : 8.5 - 10.2%
Beta : 4.2 - 5.4%
Aromas: Tropical notes citrus, white grape
